Our Associate?s level Interior Design degree program is carefully balanced and designed to provide a three-dimensional understanding of space, form, and function . In early courses, students have the opportunity to learn the basics of drawing, drafting, color, and design, and the fundamentals of space planning and perspective. In later quarters, students have the opportunity to receive training in working drawings, detailing, life safety codes, and learn about textiles and the history of design.

The mission of the Interior Design Associate degree program is to prepare students to function as professionals who are able to develop viable creative solutions within residential ssettings and limited commercial applcations.

1 . Design Theory: Graduates will apply theories and knowledge of design to develop creative solutions to interior design problems
